Our Florida Broker

As part of our move to Florida, we started looking online and seeing houses of interest, all without a broker to represent us as a buyer. David was the seller's broker for the house we had the most interest in, and ended up working for us just as much as for his seller. We found him to be knowledgeable, helpful, nice, easy to communicate with, and felt during the entire purchase transaction that he was "our" broker just as much as the seller's broker. I feel strongly that David helped the transaction get finished and closed, and we would recommend him to anyone who asked.

Sale of Vacant Land by David Basher

For eighteen years we have been attempting to sell this property and have utilized the service of several large, reputable real estate companies with no success. When we contracted with Pinecrest Management and David Basher, he went right to work to locate buyers for the property. Within less than a year he had two potential buyers at the same time interested in the property. David selected the most qualified buyer and we signed a Sales Contract. David Basher provides services for his clients. He is personally involved in locating buyers, negotiating with the buyer, working with the buyer and seller during the contract period and assuring that the closing is completed in an expeditious manner.
