I was so lucky to have found Matt and Carol. The first time I sat down with Matt he spent over an hour talking to me about what I needed and wanted in my first home. Being a first time home buyer I really appreciated that. I was working with another agent last year and the difference between Matt and the other agent were unbelievable ! I couldn't be happier with Matt and Carol. They were always available and enthusiastic. Matt really took into consideration what I was looking for and found me the perfect house. He went above and beyond. Being a first time home buyer I was very intimidated by the whole process and Matt took the time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I'm so grateful to have found them and would recommend Matt and Carol to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
