•Morgan navigated a complicated sale of our home and purchase on a new home, when many agents would have failed to complete this process. When we went to sell our long-time home, we sold to someone in the community who was unrepresented. Morgan was extremely professional in representing our best interests in this matter as well as being extremely forthcoming, professional, and facilitating to the Buyer of our home. Many issues arose with the lender (which was a friend trying to launch their Mortgage Lending career and NOT Morgan's suggestion), as well as other items which made the deal untraditional and complicated. Throughout the process, Morgan utilized his network of industry professionals and his knowledge of the entire process, to complete the deal. There is no doubt in my mind that the majority of agents could not have made this situation work, due to all of the circumstances we encountered. It was a great experience. As someone who has a passion for real estate investing and a former RE licensee, I've always been a skeptic as to an Agent's value but Morgan's work and dedication to his craft was affirmation as to what a good agent can accomplish. We recommend him to all of our friends who are in his area. I DEFINITELY now believe that a great Real Estate Agent is an absolute necessity because when deals start falling apart, you absolutely need someone like Morgan who has the experience, education and most of all the network of people, companies and other resources within the industry, which allow the deal to get to completion or not. I have watched his career since the beginning, and this person absolutely knows how to get you a great offer when selling as well as negotiating great deals for buyers.
