Experienced friendly guide and representative

Judie showed us several homes on the market over the course of two consecutive days over the weekend and gave us first-time home buyers valuable guidance on various key aspects to look out for throughout our home purchase from fall to winter of 2021. She helped negotiate with the builder/seller in keeping sample model furniture and wall decorations. She answered our questions with anticipatory emotional intelligence and also shared some tips on interior design based on her education and experience. She helped us find an independent home inspector, and identified remaining items (including the outdoor sprinkler system) to be completed by the builder per contract in the spring. Plus, she even brought us fresh donuts and hot coffee during the final walk-through!
