Wow! We had always dreamed of owning a beach home and thought it would be years before we would actually pull the trigger. We stumbled across a home on no-bank waterfront that was much less expensive than we thought. As it turned out, Dominic was hosting an open house just down the road. I had known Dominic for several years, and we discussed the opportunity of this particular area. He showed us the house, and he helped us make an offer soon after. Dominic was the consummate professional throughout the transaction - always keeping us updated on the progress of our transaction and even re-negotiating terms when different issues arose.
