Jake is the best. I've moved too many times in the past 12 years and have used a different realtor each time because I never felt like they fought hard enough or negotiated well enough to deserve the large amount of money they made. That is until I found Jake Raines. He will be my realtor from now on. I had a very difficult time selling my latest house due to various reasons and my former realtor gave up after a deal feel through. Jake stepped in and worked tirelessly to find just the right buyer, took advantage of his numerous connections and used the best strategy to get it done. He is an awesome negotiator and the hardest working realtor I've ever worked with. I was selling a double wide and trying to buy a nice house but by no means a mansion, so he wasn't set to make a killing off of helping me. But he worked like it was a million dollar deal regardless. He got me more money for my house than I would've previously gotten in the deal that previously fell through, and negotiated a great deal on the house the he helped me buy. He scheduled everything and lined everything up perfectly for us to be able to close on my old house and my new house simultaneously so we were able to move straight from one into the other. All of the signings and closing stuff were done on the same day at the same place. It couldn't have been more seamless. Of course we ran into some hiccups along the way. I was told by Jake that my situation was one of the hardest he had ever had to deal with. I never felt like it wasn't being taken care of, or nervous that it wasn't going to work out because his communication was constant and reassuring. He fought incredibly hard for me and treated me like a millionaire and I know he would for anyone else as well. Give Jake Raines a call. You will not be disappointed.
