Being a native of the area, she has the inside scoop on so many aspects of the community that we did not, and could not have known. She spent a lot of time with us over a few week period and helped us to process the details of each property that we visited, eventually helping us to work out the details on our new home. In our time together, we met Rick and Charlie, and feel that we now have some friends in Brevard that go well beyond her simply being our Real Estate Agent. We have sold properties in several countries and have worked with many agent/brokers. Jake recently represented us in the sale of a home and a vacant property and the entire process for both properties was flawless. The home sold within 3 weeks and then the seller changed their minds. Jake had the home sold again within a few weeks and the sale and closing were seamless. He began with a professional photographer who took detailed still photos and video of the interior and exterior which we believe was a key factor in marketing the home. He then negotiated with the out of town purchaser and was able to obtain our price. A few weeks later, he successfully marketed and sold a vacant acreage parcel for us. We had had it on the market for a couple of years with several inquiries but Jakes knowledge of the area and potential purchasers allowed him to locate a qualified buyer for the property. I am not one who generally writes reviews of people I have dealings with, but my experience in buying a house in the Brevard area with Christy Voso as our realtor warrants my writing this review. I was not familiar with any realtors in the area but frankly had the good fortune to find Christy. She was simply outstanding from the beginning to the end of our house purchase process. She was always available to us - buyers from well outside the area - and was very knowledgeable of the housing market in the area. I thought she had an excellent sense of what an appropriate purchase price would be, and we were very pleased that her recommendations yielded a contract on favorable terms for the house that was of particular interest to us. In the "due diligence" phase of the purchase process, she arranged for several contractors to examine the property to ascertain conditions that affected the value of the house. The people she sent to look at it were first rate - their work was meticulous and detailed and contributed greatly to the subsequent negotiations that yielded a final contract price. Here again, Christy's recommendations regarding that price reflected an excellent understanding of the market and the particulars of the house in question. I felt our purchase represented an excellent value and that our ability to obtain that value was clearly a product of her representation. In short, Christy was knowledgeable, reliable and personable throughout this process. I recommend her very highly, with no reservations whatsoever.

We were impressed with Jennifer's ability to listen to our desires and attempt to match them to the current real estate climate. We spent many days with her and never felt rushed or discouraged. Her attitude was one of optimism and encouragement. She shared extensive information about the Brevard/Hendersonville areas and enhanced our knowledge of the place we now call home. Jennifer is an excellent real estate agent and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home! As first time home buyers, my fiance and I were feeling a little overwhelmed with the process. But having Jennifer by our side made the everything go smoothly. Jennifer was fantastic to work with. She allowed us to explore a variety of options condos, houses, house on the lake. etc until we could truly decide the best house option for us going forward. She worked with us to time the offer with the sale of our previous home and keeping in mind what the market was doing. She allowed us to see houses at our pace and at times brought the energy to the home looking experience when we were feeling like we would never find the perfect place.
