Susan did an excellent job working with us. She presented so much information without us having to ask, was already a step ahead of us throughout the whole process, and had excellent resources from the lender, inspector and even recommended some people for paint jobs. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor.

I feel extremely blessed to have had Susan as my agent. There were so many difficulties during this process especially Hurricane Helene. Susan handled every one with patience and understanding. Even though communication was extremely difficult after the storm, Susan somehow found a way to have all the extra inspections required completed and still close on time. She is very easy going, extremely knowledgeable and hard working. I highly recommend Susan to anyone looking to find their dream home, which I did! I cannot thank her enough! David G Kolarik

Jennifer is hands down the best agent I have ever worked with. She worked with us for months to find the perfect home for our family. Showing after showing, offer after offer (thanks to this crazy market) she worked tirelessly to help us find a home that would meet our needs and still be within our budget. Jennifer was open, honest and always communicating with us throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her!!!

Christy went above and beyond, she put up with our requirements like a champion, she was very knowledgeable about all areas surrounding Brevard and existing properties, aside from that she is a great negotiator and kept everyone calm and collected. Bottom line we got what we wanted and we will recommend her services anytime.

As a first time home buyer, Christy helped answer questions and diver deeper into the process to help as much as she could. Truly in this housing market, it is your team (agent and mortgage lender) that make all the difference! Thank you Christy, I can not express how happy I am in MY new home!
