•Rike has extremely strong market knowledge and negotiation skills. He focused in advance on getting our choices narrowed so that when we went out to look we had a good set of choices. We had a very short window of time. Our day of house hunting was extremely productive and we ended up with a home that met all of our needs. We were buying from out of town and not moving until later; Rike helped us through the pre-closing and closing process, we did everything remote and it went perfectly.
