•It's been a few years since I last purchased a home, so my knowledge was sketchy at best. Teresa led the way with expertise and offered her input when I had questions. As a veteran it was helpful when she stepped in, without prompting, securing a discount on the inspection. She also somehow managed to knock off a few thousand dollars to the purchase price of my new home! It was actually thrilling to see her negotiate that!! She noticed things on the Builders walk through that I hadn't. She was present throughout the entire process and often stood in when I was unavailable to facilitate the process. It was refreshing to find a person that was genuinely concerned for your welfare and that had integrity representing you in a business transaction. She was always available through text and always responded to any questions in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with her!! She is worth her weight in gold! I highly recommend Ms Saldana
