•From the initial meeting to secure his services, we set out to tour open houses the same day. That evening, I found a house that was having an open house over the weekend. However, I did not want to wait until then. With one call I had an appointment at 8:00am the next day with the sales associate. She actually met me on her own time, as a favor to Joe. I am now writing this review from my new home. He acted with honesty and integrity. Although he was out of town post contract; he checked in with me several times a day to see if I had any questions. He also arranged a private inspection, which I found to be quite valuable. He has a great rapport with others in his industry. And has connected me with contacts to the services a new homeowner needs, once in the house. He made a very difficult time for me, into a new beginning in a beautiful new house.
