Melina is great! She was very good at advising us on how to get pre-approved and lock in a good rate. We looked at many homes and I never felt that she was pushing us and she was very patient with us while we kept looking. She was so professional the entire time and very punctual. She even got us a couple private showings. She always had very useful advice throughout the whole process, especially during the negotiation stages. She's creative and a true problem solver. I recommended her to a friend and would use her again if I decide to sell / buy. She also has a trusted team of attorneys, loan officers and contractors. The whole experience couldn't have been more thoroughly organized.
