There are no words to truly describe my experience with Jay and Barbara but I will try my best to do so. They were such a blessing to work with and were always on top of everything to make sure I was a step closer to moving in to my new home. Even after some disappointments due to loans not going through because of certain technicalities they were always positive and assured me we they would find a solution and in every situation represented my parents and me. Also, Jay was ALWAYS available and picked up my phone calls and replied right away to my emails, didn't matter what time; if he was awake he picked up to answer any question or to keep me updated on offers, loans, closing dates etc. He also knew everything about the market and always had a list of properties to show me and was always available to meet me and show me any property I was interested in. After working with Jay and seeing such professionalism and genuine concern he had for me on finding a place that would make me happy there is no way I would ever go to anyone else the next time I'm looking to buy or sell and if I ever hear anyone saying they are looking to buy or sell I will definitely refer them to Jay knowing he will take care of them. I am very blessed and grateful to have work with Jay and Barbara and wish them the best in everything and I will be contacting them on my next purchase.
