Keith by far is not your average realtor, from our initial introduction he established quick rapport and notes on my family and what was important to us. He was careful every step of the way truly explaining terms to us that were not clear and ALWAYS available to show us homes. I will tell you we looked at several and some more than once and his patience and great demeanor was fabulous. If we bid on a home and was out bid, he kept us motivated and always monitored MLS for more opportunities. Keith has a slogan "make it happen" and her lives by that giving hope encouragement and options. The Lord finally blessed us with a home we liked and Keith was on constant contact with the selling agent on our behalf. I learned that because of Keith's follow-up and sincere representation on our behalf the seller appreciated how much he weighed in form us that they wanted us to gave the home and it did!!! I wish I can say we closed with the help of our realtor but I prefer to say we closed with the help of not only Keith our realtor, but also Keith as our dear forever friend of the family. He is truly one great guy!!!
