I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!

Karen and Ralph are excellent. They made everything so easy. From making an offer to getting mortgage approval to closing, it took only a month. Highly recommend them.

Expert Guidance with Genuine Compassion

Excellent team with years of experience that want their buyers to feel seen and supported!

They were so incredibly responsive and took such good care of us. They turned what we thought was going to be such an overwhelming experience to such an easy, beautiful memory! It was such a special time for us and they made it feel so effortless.

Sarah Was Terrific!!

Working with Sarah was a great experience! She was always friendly and responded quickly to all communications. We felt that she laid out great options, taking into consideration exactly what we were looking for. She took the time to learn our lifestyle so she could incorporate that into the properties she showed us. We never felt rushed. Sarah was very professional and take her role as our agent very seriously, always explaining the ins and outs of paperwork and process. We would love the opportunity to work with Sarah again and would refer her to our friends in the future!
