•Anyone looking for a realtor need look no further than Ellen Riddoch. Ellen handled both the sale of my home and the purchase of my new one. She made what should have been an extremely stressful situation a very easy one. One main reason is her responsiveness. I never had to wait for answers or action. If I wanted to see a property, Ellen would arrange it, usually the same day. She managed all aspects of the sale of my home, including professional photos, staging and open houses. Ellen marketed my home and had it sold within the time frame I needed. She also coordinated the purchase of my new home by negotiating the purchase price, working directly with my lender and dealing with the seller. All I had to do is sign. Even now, several months later, she continues to keep in touch to ensure we are happy inn our new home. Ellen is a professional and dedicated agent. I would recommend her to anyone needing a realtor in the NOVA area.
