Karon is a tenacious negotiator and a tireless advocate! When we first purchased in Arlington seven years ago, we bought from Karon. We were so impressed that when it was time to sell and upgrade to a new home, Karon was our first call. Karon was patient with our questions; incredibly responsive; and held our hand through the process of selling our home and getting us into our new place. Her knowledge of the process and local area was key; but she's got a wide network of resources that were really helpful for us to bounce ideas off of or pull in when necessary.
