•We got the pleasure of working with John for an extended period of time due to us buying a brand new home. The level of support we received from John was truly magnificent and I don't say that lightly. We had to jump through so many hoops during our process with talking to the builder, VIP lists, extra extra VIP lists, and pre-approval nonsense due to the market in 2021. While John goes above and beyond to make one of the most stressful times as smooth as possible, what sold me was him having my back. We had to go toe-to-toe with the builder and sales office to settle a dispute and he was side by side with me the whole way to ensure I got what was promised to me. Don't question hiring this man, just do it!
