Hello everyone, I explained to Kristen that I didn't want the top of the market or the bottom of the market price I wanted the sweet spot in the middle. As I wanted the property sold quickly. This property had been totally rehabbed. I could have done a higher asking price and then waited forever. Kristen did her CMA and found the perfect price. We agreed to the listing price. The property was only listed for one day, on the second day I received an offer that was 900 dollars less than my asking price. This could not have gone any smoother. I would like to write a glowing review for Kristen Conti. It is always a stressful time when one is purchasing a home in another State. There are many obstacles and delays involved, and being away from the details can make the process more difficult. We did not experience any of those events with Kristen. She was awesome! We needed very quick help to sell my father’s house when it was determined he needed to move into assisted living. As such, we were under a severe time crunch AND needed to maximize the selling price, both tasks made much more difficult in a housing market that was beginning to experience significantly reduced activity and downward price pressure. Sharon clearly understood our challenges and engaged very quickly, helping us to prepare the house for listing and getting it on the market. If Sharon could be cloned I think she needs to be in every single realtor's office. She is outstanding at her profession. She goes above and Beyond what I would consider her job duties.
