Shawn was awesome in selling my late mother's estate. His knowledge of the area helped get top dollar for the property. He even went out of his way to fix a broken cupboard door among other things. My experience with Shahryar sadree as my agent is excellent and I am extremely grateful. He sold two investment properties for me and replaced those with two upgraded properties that both were under 1031 Exchange Tax Law. He had only 45 days to find me replacements under that tax law which was very tense and hard. So many agents do not know anything about the 1031 Exchange Tax Law.
