Yuliana was exceedingly patient while I worked out my options with an inherited property. She ensured had I had all of the latest information to make my decisions (renting vs selling) (where to make improvements) and truly supported me throughout the process. While everyone had an opinion, Yuliana took the time to learn what I, as the property owner, wanted and then made that happen. Not only did she help me sell the property, she fought to get every penny possible and sold at above asking price within a very strict timeline.
