•Kim is absolutely amazing! When we were looking for a vacation home in the Central Coast area, we were paired with Kim. We have bought several other properties in the Central Valley and have normally worked with a local realtor who is well known to us. We certainly are glad that we came across Kim. Anyone who has purchased a home knows the process can be quite stressful and hectic. In the current market where properties sell within days or where they go into a bidding war, it is important that you have a realtor who understands the market well and who will advocate on your behalf. Kim did exactly this! She was there for us every step of the way, she went out of her way to ensure that every detail regarding the negotiation process, inspections and paperwork were done correctly and in a timely manner. This was specially important given we were not in the area. Her communication, professionalism and work ethic to ensure her clients receive the best deal are outstanding. Our dream to own a beach home was made possible by Kim!
