•in 2018, Susan was the ONLY realtor that would show us houses while in TN on a visit. We did not have an appointment and we popped in to check out what we could afford at the time. She took us to the homes in our price range that very minute AND IT WAS RAINING! We did not find a house that trip, but Susan went to every house we found while we were in California. The one we finally found and bought ONLY happened because she was diligent and knew her job so well! There were issues with the other agent, but she did not allow us to give up and we could not be more happy! She knows Middle Tennessee so well and is like working with your best friend! I cannot recommend her highly enough!
