•We selected Luanna Albrecht from the three realtors we interviewed. She came prepared to help us sell our home, had comps and discussed pricing with us right away. She knows the local market and provided details of recent transactions (this was in mid-March, so we were very worried about covid-19 and real estate). She connected us with contractors to get needed work done. All abided by distancing and mask requests, too, which was a relief for us as we are in our 60s. She communicated clearly and with the right frequency, using methods I prefer. She offered advice about prepping, staging, and "grooming" the house to make it shine in photos and even in the drone footage of the lot. Luanna kept us on time in part by nudging the buyer's agent about issues there that seemed to create a delay in closing. We are so grateful to her and her team of "movers and shakers." Thank you all.
