James Stup was such an ease to work with. I phoned him with questions about listing my property and he was so prompt in sending me comparisons. I met him in person back in February 2023 after choosing him over several agents. I liked that he was prompt and easy to talk to. He followed thru on my listing and worked with me electronically ,since I was an out state seller. Any questions I had he immediately answered. I highly recommend James .
