Molly has an incredible amount of experience which is beneficial in many ways. She knows 'the business' and has strategic knowledge for buying or selling a home. The last sale she assisted me with was a divorce sale, and she agreed to co-list with another agent, which was a blessing. I knew she had MY best interest at the forefront and kept the other party from delaying or sabotaging positive results. I honestly could not have done it without her, and got well above list price. In addition, Molly has a wide network of colleagues from contractors to staging, inspectors, and even specialty services like chimney refurbishing. I was on a tight timeline in this last sale, and ALL of the inspectors fit me into their schedule "because you are with Molly". Molly is not a transactional realtor, she was in constant contact with me via text and email and went above and beyond in personalized service (even coming to help pack up and clean the house). When a wind storm delayed construction, she navigated it all and allowed me to move in on time, and still got all the needed work done before close of escrow. Molly is a true gem, an exceptional, professional and realtor. Her experience is paramount, but it comes with her kindness and huge heart.
