I would like to thank Phil for all he has done for us. We moved from Ohio and he got us into a rental very quickly since the housing market moves so fast here. When we were stable enough to figure out where to buy he accommodated us on every occasion. He is a very experienced agent that not only is a pleasure to work with on our end; the lender enjoyed his professionalism as well. I wished I would have had him to help sell our home in Ohio. It doesn't feel right to call him an agent, he's more like a friend that helps you buy a home.

I was a first time buyer and had many questions, Phil always got back to me with the answers. He worked with me on my schedule and was knowledgeable of the different areas in which we were looking. We ended up finding the perfect place with a beautiful view of a lake from the balcony!
