Hiring Derek to sell and buy our house was a total disaster, he is very unprofessional, gave us wrong information all the time. Disrespectful, we had questions about the VA loan, I called him one day to ask about the loan I had read online about the VA loan and his answer was "I don't care about your research this is how it is", I had to stop him and asked why he was being so rude, almost behaved like a bully at times and to top it all he is deceiving, needless to say our experience was horrible, he didn't even show up for the closing and we had to wait to get our deposit back from him.
