•Walter was the best real estate agent I could have asked for. He was super positive, helpful and knowledgeable about everything I had to discuss with my client during negotiations. Thanks to him, I saved a few thousands while he provided best support. It wasn’t an easy property to sell since it was an expensive land lease in Waikiki with not a lot of years left on the contract with a possible extension (not guaranteed). However there is a client for everything and Walter’s ability to navigate through potential buyers closed the deal in a fashion where everyone is happy with the outcome. For me Walter was a life saver as I was out of country for the entire time. His flexibility and willingness turned into friendship. Would highly recommend!
