Very good experience

Maria guided me through the sale of my townhome with great professionalism throughout. There was an issue with the buyer failing to provide the right documentation to the lender which delayed the closing more than once. Maria assured me that the closing would take place and it did on the third try! I would not hesitate to hire her again.

AMAZING!!!

I don't think there are enough incredible words to describe Maria. The sale of our home hit a few barriers, by no fault of Maria's. Maria walked us through every step calmly and would explain things to us in where we could understand. Everyday she showed determination to sell our house (not to mention we were out of state and pregnant, so we were a little bit in a hurry). She would communicate with us everyday! I didn't feel the need to follow up with her as she showed us that she was working so hard and she would constantly communicate with us RIGHT away. If we had to do the whole process over again I would chose Maria every time! She will treat you with such professionalism but at the same time you will feel like family! I could not imagine going through this process without her!
