I meet Andreia about 5 years ago through Facebook, since then she’s is my realtor. Buying or selling she always search the market to find YOUR (never her) best deal. She never will push you to buy an expensive house just to raise her commission, again she will find YOUR best deal. She really studies the market analyzing up to 1 year before to find comparisons to make YOU comfortable to make/accept the offer. She never rest until find your next house or sell your house.
