Property Manager to Realtor...Kathryn does it all!
Kathryn managed our Florida property for a little over a year and was always very quick to work on any issue that came up. When we decided to sell it in June 2020 there wasn't a question of which realtor I would use. She takes time to get to know you and your needs and works toward any goal you have identified. She is amazing!

Great Realtor
Kathryn took the Mardell listing and had it sold in less than a week. The home was not in perfect condition, but she was able to find an investor quickly and we were able to sell it at a profit.
