I have bought and sold multiple houses in the past. My experience with Ms Kitterman has consistently been above and beyond my expectations in an endeavor which can tax the patience of the best of us. In the last 10yrs i've bought 2 homes and sold one with her as my realtor. And i can't speak enough to how she has benefited me with both buying and selling a home. She's saved me money. She's given advice that has always borne out to benefit me and my family. She has an expansive work history in different areas of the home buying/selling industry and it has shown each and every time. If i ever plan to sell and/or buy another home, i wouldn't even consider using another realtor if she is available to work with me again. I'd be hard pressed to know someone else that could do a better job than what she's done for me. Again, bought twice and sold with her as well. I can't overstate how much of an asset she's been to me and my family in the home buying and selling experience. Top. Notch.

Yadira is a fantastic realtor. I have sold 5 properties, and she is the best realtor that I have worked with. She went to the property numerous times and helped the installers when they arrived. She picked out the carpet colors, paint, and granite, and did a great job. She had a recommendation for contractors that had reasonable prices. She got me a great price on a brand new kitchen. No complaint at all on anyone that she hired.

Yadira and team went above and beyond! This was our second home, so managing the details of the sale from Michigan would have been difficult. Yadira arranged all aspects of the sale, from inspections, minor repairs, and working with the condo association.
