Tara provides excellent information, a weekly video that explains the current market and its changes, superb attention to detail, and friendly disposition. She is a hard worker and I was made to feel like I was her only client. She was always available and responsive to all of my requests. I worked with her in the height of the pandemic ((March-April) and was still able to buy a house and sell a house during that time within my budget. Looking back, I feel fortunate to have had such a dedicated agent that made an impossible task look easy.

I was fortunate to have an agent like Trish she literally took care of everything I left for New Jersey approximately the day after the property was listed and the first day of the open house she sold it for the full asking price. After that all sorts of problems arose, first with the mover-we had to get another mover-then with a leaking roof, then someone never showed up for furniture, the problems seemed endless but Trish never lost her cool and got it all done with very little help from me. Thank You Trish.
