My wife and I decided to move from the tidal surge prone area we lived in during Hurricane Ian and came looking in Clermont. We were planning to rent while we looked for a new home and I called several real estate agents in Clermont leaving voice mails stating that exact plan. Jeremiah Conley was the only person who called me back. He took us on a learning journey helping us to understand the different scenarios that were possible. For the next two months as we were in the process of selling our home near the gulf, he kept me updated on new listing that met our criteria, but we couldn't act on them until we sold our home. He knew this and stuck by us all the way. We eventually sold and moved to short term rentals in this area to look for a home. He found us the perfect home two days after we arrived in Clermont . We put in an offer and after some counter offers it was accepted. We moved into it one month after that. Jeremiah took care of everything including hooking us up with the perfect mortgage company. I would definitely use Jeremiah Conley again and anytime I needed real estate. He is simply the best I've ever encountered.
