•Jacob was absolutely amazing! He was there everytime I called or texted with a question whether it was early morning or late at night. He was super knowledgeable and extremely open and friendly. He definitely went to bat for us asking for closing costs and ensuring the repairs we wanted done got done. He was also able to provide recommendations for inspectors to help get the ball rolling. He was able to get everything we were asking for and even some things we didnt know to ask for! He was an absolute gem and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
