Jazmyn Bethel!!! What can we say about her???? She is amazing! But that doesn’t seem like enough. Jazmyn helped us navigate an incredibly difficult housing market. We were referred to her and within a day she had houses scheduled for us to view online. Then she went out the next day to show us 5 houses! It was awesome how fast she made things happen. We were under a time crunch and we really needed to get into a house fast. She didn’t waste anytime in making sure we got into the market. And did I mention she did this all over FaceTime with us??? When we finally went under contract she ensure that the company that owned the home was handling their side of things timely. She was constant available to us. Though I know she had many other clients, she made us feel like we were the only ones! If we called, she answered. If we text, she text us back quickly. If we had questions, she would answer those expertly and with so much patience. She made us feel like all our calls were important and all our questions and concerns were valid. If you are looking for a realtor, I’m sure you can find one. But if you are looking for a realtor, friend, real estate market expert, advocate and advice coach— someone who will hold your hand throughout the whole entire process— go with Jazmyn! If you need to buy a house and want it to be a smooth process. Go with Jazmyn. You will not regret it. She’s is the best and we aren’t just saying that. We look forward to her helping us list our home one day and we will make sure we call her when we’re ready to buy our next one! Simply the best!
