•We wanted to purchase a house with particular requirements relating to location, house size, age, kitchen type, neighborhood, etc. Tracy was recommended by a mutual friend. We spent one weekend with her showing us houses in the Tampa Bay area. Within that time, she got an excellent idea as to what we were looking for, and proceeded to do research and give us candidates, very accurate price estimates, etc., so that within just a few weeks we were able to narrow down to one house and make an appropriate offer. We made the offer based upon pictures and Tracy's descriptions. It turned out to be ideal, and at the right price. Throughout the process and through the closing she walked us through all the steps, was patient, and made sure there were no problems. We would recommend her without any reservations.
