John Yeater is the textbook perfect realtor, and then some! I knew I needed someone to accommodate me by explaining things to me step by step during the whole process of us selling our old house and buying our new one. He was on top of everything from start to finish! Him doing this for over 30 years shows! He hit every check mark I was looking for in a realtor! In the past I had gone through three 🙄. It's been a week and a half since we bought our house and I miss him 😆. We'll be using him (and his awesome wife) for any future buys and sells!
