Working with Ann was so refreshing, after a year of disappointment with a different agent. We told Ann what we needed and what we wanted, and she listened us, respected our decisions, and guided us through the crazy market of early 2022. Ann emailed us potential homes every day, and showed us so many houses, that we were able to get a good grasp of what was needed to make a successful bid in a market that would see homes accepting offers in a matter of 24-48 hours. After getting our offer rejected for a third time, we were feeling discouraged and had house-hunting fatigue. We thought we wouldn’t be able to purchase our first home for at least another year, or even at all. Ann did not give up, and the following day scheduled to show us a home in our desired neighborhood, in the middle of a snow storm that had shut down most of the Denver Metro area. She also showed us two other houses that same afternoon, allowing us to compare and make a decision by the end of the day. Ann was great and thorough during the whole process, making sure we had everything we needed to be successful and comfortable with our decision: from recommending a great mortgage lender and agent, through offer submission, counteroffer, inspections and further negotiations with the seller, to finally closing on the house. Ann was very diligent and available every time we needed to come for inspections, and even when we needed to check dimensions for planned renovations, also giving incredibly helpful advice and suggestions. We are very grateful that we had Ann as our buyer’s agent: she listened to our wants and needs, and never pushed us to make a decision on a home we didn’t really like; thanks to her, we were finally able to get our first home, in the neighborhood we had been coveting for over a year.
