•I'm an out of state RE investor and had bought a home with a different realtor before I met Nailah. The experience with the previous realtor left me with disappointment and time wasted. My second, third and fourth properties were closed with Nailah as buyer agent. All of these are mixed properties (SFR, Flips, etc.). She has all her client interest at heart and takes the extra time out to go above the expectations. She educates, helps gather resources needed such as lenders to shop and compare with. She didn't mind checking out several homes until I found what I liked. She connected me with all the vendors that I now have them as my go to vendors when it comes to renovations or any emergency fix. She even worked with me as my property manager and eyes on ground to help ensure everything is going on well as expected during renovations. She helped secure tenant for renting and get on affordable housing program. She is what I'd like to call one STOP shop for everything in real estate. I recommend her!!
