•I am a newly licensed real estate agent in Texas. Maggie was the property manager for our rental house in Greeley CO. When it came time to sell the property, we asked Maggie to sell the house for us. What a great experience. We sold the house to a couple of married real estate brokers, so naturally negotiations were intense. Maggie made sure to keep our best interests forefront and helped us get the maximum amount possible for the house. They buyers asked for a lot of repairs after inspection and Maggie made sure we did the work that made sense and pushed back on repairs the buyers needed to take care of. There was still a lot of work that needed to get done and Maggie coordinated all of the contractors for us. When we suggested we go to Colorado for a few days to take care of all the workers, Maggie said, "Not necessary, stay home, I'll take care of everything." It was unbelievable the work she did to make this sale so easy for us. Thank you so much Maggie! Five stars for sure. I'd give you ten if I could.
