•Adrianna was instrumental in securing a coveted river front property for us. We lost out on the listing over a year ago and when it popped back up she initiated the call to us, got a negotiated bid in that evening and worked closely with us through the due diligence. I most appreciated her rapid responses, professionalism and her commitment in obtaining this property for us. There were a few tricky items to work through during the purchase and she was always prompt in her communications to the listing agent and advocated for what we needed to get the property closed. Also, she is just a nice person. She seemed genuinely happy for us after we closed and hung around to enjoy the new view. I would highly recommend Adrianna on either side of a real estate transaction. She works hard for her clients.
