•As first-time homebuyers, my wife and I could not have asked for a better agent. Greg helped us find the perfect home, in the perfect location, at the perfect price. He was timely and flexible when showing us houses during a period when there was not a lot of inventory to ensure that we had a shot at any house that met our search criteria. With every house, Greg explained how his experience in property management helped him find flaws in homes that could ultimately cost us money post close. Greg continued to shine once we put an offer in on the home we ultimately closed on. He was professionally patient with an objectively difficult seller and worked diligently with the seller's agent to make sure the house was in the best possible condition before closing on the home. He had several contacts for the home inspection and any post close projects we wanted to start. He even guided us through all of the steps needed to arrive at close from the big things like making sure that our mortgage was coming along, to even small things like reminding us to turn on the water with the county (something we never thought of as first-time homebuyers.)
