Kelly Delivered, Despite A Challenging Market
After listing our house for 6 months with an agent from another company, we turned to Kelly Fischer, whom we had met 7+ years earlier when she listed our house for the seller at that time. We found her then far more helpful than our own agent. We remembered her excellent service and called her, something we should have done 6 months earlier. The real estate market in our area was completely moribund; hardly anyone even came to look at our house during our earlier contract. Kelly wasted no time in advising us what we might do to attract some interest. We followed her advice. In a month, we had a viable contract. We particularly appreciated not just Kelly's expertise, but her honesty whenever she spoke to us. She did not raise our hopes unrealistically which, in a slow market, borders on the unethical we believe. She laid out the facts, we considered everything, and also worked at being patient to ensure we didn't lose our buyers during a very nerve-wracking period when they were negotiating their finances. Kelly was our rock. We had an additional challenge in that our house was vacant, and we had to rely on Kelly 100% because we live 1,200 miles from that property. She was our eyes, ears, and, to some extent, even our brains during the whole experience. We are incredibly grateful and recommend Kelly Fischer as enthusiastically as it is possible to do so. She is a model of experience and success, both hard-earned.
