Troy was incredibly helpful throughout our recent home buying experience. He has a great feel for the Lakewood housing market, and that allowed us to make confident decisions as we prepared to make a large financial investment. As a former home inspector, he was able to point out any and all concerns with the properties we were considering. That experience was crucial in evaluating 100 year old properties, and understanding all of the expenses that ownership would entail.
