Monica found the house I described in less than hours. We were also able to see it the next day. She was super helpful in negotiating costs for me, and getting me a great price. All questions I had in person of over text/email were answered almost instantly at any time of day and she guided me through the process with ease and expertise. Monica got the keys for me and bought gifts for the new home as well. Her cheery positive attitude makes her very approachable and great as a realtor!

She was great. We meet a lot of realtors in our search for our Sun City/Sun City West home.
