He Made Me Feel Like I Was Right There

Purchasing my new home was a major life change, but due to work and life I could not be there for the initial showings. I had to place my complete trust in Omar to be my eyes & ears from miles away, which is a very scary thing to do, and he went far beyond anything I expected. Omar personally toured every home, recorded detailed walkthroughs & connected with me through FaceTime so I could experience each property as though I were standing beside him. He showed me everything, including the parts that looked good, the concerns I needed to understand & the expenses that could come later. I never felt that he was trying to sell me a house. I felt that he was determined to help me find the right home and was incredibly patient. He listened carefully to what I needed, understood what would make me comfortable & continued searching until we found a home that truly fit my life. Once we found it, he negotiated the price from $284,900 down to $265,000, coordinated the purchase with the sale of my previous home & made sure I was protected throughout the entire process. Even from a distance, Omar made me feel involved, informed, and confident in every decision. He handled everything from A to Z & removed so much of the fear that comes with buying a home in a new place. This was not simply about purchasing another property. It was about beginning a new chapter of my life, & Omar made sure I entered that chapter in a home where I could feel comfortable, secure & at peace.
