•Listing my home is a huge undertaking for anyone, but I think my task was especially challenging. I got teamed up with Pam Myers through Clever.com. I was immediately impressed with her professionalism and responsiveness right off the bat. When I met her in person the first time, it felt like meeting an old friend. I like that about her. As I prepared to list, Pam was brutally honest and she showed a little tough love with things I needed to do to make it appeal to potential buyers. It took me a little while to get it ready and Pam checked in occasionally, giving me the time and space I needed. When I was ready to list, Pam jumped right in to action. She was cautious to make sure the pictures looked just right. She listened to some of my particular requests with photo order. Thanks to her advice to make it appealing, my home sold immediately for considerably higher than I listed. The first family that saw it bought it. I am grateful. Pam helped with scheduling and coordinating inspections. She was always on top of everything. I never had to follow up. She handled everything and always kept me informed. I would highly recommend Pam. She’s knowledgeable and responsive. Everything was perfect!
