•We used Tim Turner as our real estate agent for buying our first house. He made the entire process easy for us. Communication was excellent every step of the way. When we first chose him as our agent, he advised us of everything we would need to do during the process, as well as the deadlines for each action. He also explained what everything we were doing meant. At no point did we feel like he was advising us to do things we did not understand. He was very helpful in our negotiations with the seller, and before that he was helpful in showing us multiple houses that met our criteria. We have no regrets in having chosen him as our agent, and have already recommended him to our friends, and if we ever need an agent again, he will be our first choice.
